The location was great: less traffic, easy entry and exit, short drive to foodies, lotus, and city. Parking is free and available behind the hotel. The front office staff were friendly and prompt. Check-in was super smooth and fast, with welcoming positive vibes. The hotel is not new; it has been a while, but it is still competitive and comfortable. It may not be the best, but it is good enough for a short stay. Most important is that the area is not so hectic. The breakfast was simple; maybe there was a lack of staf that the reception counter staf ran from her workstation to support F&B. The kind of staff this hotel should not lose. Nowadays, very few employees have this kind of commitment and quality. Kudos to her. As a regular for almost 20 years, this hotelay not be the best but its just fine for me. Wifi is good here.

Value with the price you pay,get comfortable room to rest and sleep,the condition of the bathroom also ok.Parking also available for your car.The process of check in and check out also fast and smooth.Staff in reception also ok,just need to pay deposit cash rm50 for check in.You will get back when the time you check out.Breakfast also got variety of food and the taste also ok.Overall a good hotel to stay and keep it up

Breakfast was simple and suffice for the price. It was enough to fill us up for the morning. There were coffee, tea, bread, fruits, porridge and noodles. Nothing to complain about.

Very comfortable room so big. View only a street but fine for me.. Breakfast no nasi lemak,only light food but still affordable with the price. I like the room so much will repeat again soon.. Just to mention. Make sure once you enter kids room please check in the tent and under the carpet.. Sometimes housekeeping forgt to vacuum and got some cereal. Can ask housekeeping for clean it.

My room faces the central empty space. If the central space can be decorated with paintings, or something that is beautiful even if it is not an outside scene, it will definitely be more interesting

We stayed 2night (10-12 April 2024) The standard room was spacious & comfortable. The toilet quite clean The breakfast was good. The staff at the cafe was very efficient cause they were action oriented once we told them that the porridge was cold. Spacious parking lot. The staff in the morning on 12 April was very friendly and nice.....

The room was very spacious, and with the cheap price we were still entitled for free breakfast... Even though the breakfast was limited, considering the price and taste I am so happy..

Smooth check in and check out Friendly receptionist Spacious room Free parking There were mini fridge and also prayer mat in the room Got extra pillow (love it) Coway at each floor (good investment) this is rare and a plus point for this hotel.
